Our company is incorporated in Singapore, so we are delighted to offer discounted delivery prices to our customers here. Our delivery charges within Singapore are:

• Local is S$3

• Outside Singapore is S$10

All orders delivered within Singapore enjoy a complementary delivery insurance.

COLLECTION IN SINGAPORE

• We offer a collection option at our retail store located at #06-04 Cendex, Bukit Merah 108880.

• Simply use your billing address in Singapore or our retail store's address for delivery fields at checkout to be able to select this option.

 

Please note that collection is available only by appointment. Kindly wait for our team to contact you within 24 hours from your purchase to schedule a convenient collection date and time.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

We will deliver your completed and paid for order in 3 - 6 working days within Singapore.

International delivery may require longer time depending on the destination country. However, we provide a tracking number for international customers upon dispatching their orders for timely updates on delivery status of shipped parcels. If an item ordered and paid for is not available or requires a waiting period before delivery (as stated on the product's page), please allow us at least 2 - 3 weeks after payment before we deliver the item.
